Program/Event Sponsorship Opportunities
$1,500.00 for regular monthly educational meetings

Our chapter offers CVBs, National Hotel Sales Offices and other vendors the opportunity to sponsor an Arizona Sunbelt Chapter meeting or event.
The name of the "selling game" is exposure and that is exactly what you receive when you sponsor one of our meetings! Our chapter holds monthly meetings in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. These meetings provide outstanding educational and networking opportunities for planners and suppliers. Over the course of a year, we have approximately nine meetings generally held on the second Thursday of the month.
Purpose and Impact of Partnership: Patterned after similar, successful programs in other chapters, the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter is actively soliciting potential CVB's, National Hotel Sales Offices and other vendors who are interested in receiving exposure to 150 meeting planners in the state of Arizona. We are encouraging the local CVB/National Sales Offices to gather support from representatives of their featured venues to share in the cost of the partnership and directly participate in the event. Ultimately, we aim to be able to bring your representatives face to face with planners in an interactive environment where they may see all the benefits of placing business in your locale or properties.
Benefits: The goal of each partnership is to provide you the maximum amount of exposure possible to later translate into business and sales opportunities. The benefits offered to monthly meeting sponsors include:
- Sponsor name(s) and/or logo(s) included on all marketing for the event: 10 Meeting flyer, 2) E-Newsletter, 3) Press Releases, 4) Signage, and 5) Program.
- Opportunity to set up a display with materials from the sponsoring venues(s) or destination(s) in the space reserved for event registration and networking reception. Planners can interact with representatives from these venues or destinations on a one-on-one basis to pick up information.
- Ten minutes at the lectern dedicated to your organization.
- Member mailing labels (for follow up with attending members)
- Opportunity to decorate tables at the event or place collateral at place settings
- Exposure on the MPI Arizona Sunbelt Chapter website
- Up to four registrations for the sponsored event.

What does this mean for you and your organization? EXPOSURE! OPPORTUNITY! What does this mean for our chapter? The ability to continue offering first-class educational functions, networking opportunities, and additional benefits. It is the hope of the committee to obtain enough contributions at the beginning of the year to accommodate all event needs. We want to eliminate going to our members over and over again, so please dig deeply.
The majority of our donations come from suppliers. As planners, please give serious consideration to anything you may be able to offer. Perhaps your organization is in a position to buy or sponsor something, or maybe you even have some leftover amenities or apparel items. The strong partnership between planners and suppliers is what has made our chapter so successful.
All donations will be announced prior to and during the event, and signage will list sponsors for each meeting. In addition, the MPI newsletter dedicates a section listing the generous donations of each sponsor.

Monthly Mini-Tradeshow
Mini-Tradeshow Booths are available at each monthly meeting. The cost is $100.00 for members and $200.00 for non-members. One meal is included in tradeshow fee.
