April showers will bring May flowers....

This month is being showered with the Global Community Challenge. Have you had a chance to check it out? Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to reach out and partner or connect with another MPI colleague. Help build our MPI neighborhood and community one brick at a time. Another recent shower announced the passing of the latest CMP's by the Convention Industry Council. Congratulations to all new CMP's. This is a professional accomplishment that truly represents integrity and passion for the industry. In the future CMP test takers will have the opportunity to take an online CMP study course through Arizona State University that is in direct partnership with MPI International and supported by our chapter. Watch for more information to follow on this exciting new development.

May will bring flowers to be seen at the 2008 AzMPI Golf Classic on Wednesday, May 21 at the Eagle Mountain Golf Club in Fountain Hills. It isn't too early to warm up your swing. We can't guarantee your golf score, however you are promised a fantastic course to be played along with networking, fun prizes and more. So don't miss out - hurry and sign up for your tee time today! See you on the green.

Flowers will continue to bloom in June for "The Aesthetic Happening-An Extraordinary Gala Experience", Thursday, June 12. You are invited to participate and support this exciting end-of-the-year chapter event filled with celebration and surprises. Upon arrival, you will embark on an aesthetic experience that will be remembered for ages to come. It will showcase our hosts: Tempe Center for the Arts, Tempe Convention and Visitor's Bureau and RK Group. Plus, this event has been designed to highlight MPI suppliers offering special event products and services. Together we are creating something extraordinary. Event ticket sales will open early May. Due to limited seating you are encouraged to reserve your tickets as soon as possible. Both cash and in-kind sponsorships are currently being accepted.
