Deadline for early bird rate is 12:00 noon Monday, May 5th. A walk-in rate will be charged for any registrations received after Noon on Wednesday, May 7th. Cancellations will be accepted with refunds until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, (5/07), after that, no refunds will be issued. Payment must be included for "Early Bird" discount. All no shows will be billed, no exceptions. The only accepted methods of registration include mail, fax or Internet. Please be sure to retain proof of all registrations.
